COMPLAINTS POLICY AND CONTENT REMOVAL

GENERAL

We take every request for content removal very seriously;our responsible support team works 24/7 to promptly process and remove all the content that breaches our Terms of Service. Each request will be reviewed and dealt with within 7 business days.

MAKING A COMPLAINT

Remember: each report remains strictly confidential. When someone reports content, the user who posted it won’t receive any information about the reporter.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our legal team (legal@avlush.com) with the following information:

• A signed Power of Attorneyfor the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest
• Description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the SITE (preferably including specific URLs associated with the material);
• Your address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and,
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

• The URL that is linked to the content
• A short description detailing your problem with the reported content.

APPEAL POLICY

As part of our complaint process, we may need some further information from you if you find our initial decision unsatisfactory, and in this case, we will contact you by email you provided in the complaint form. Your complaint will lead to:

• Immediate removal of the content – if we are satisfied that the content is illegal and non-consensual, and you will be notified of our decision; or
• o Content staying – if we are satisfied that it is not, and we will notify you about it. If you disagree with our final decision, we will submit the dispute to a neutral arbitration association of our choosing and at our expense.

ABUSE OF COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

While our policy is primarily designed for your protection, we will not tolerate the use of it in bad faith, or for making repetitive, abusive, totally unjustified claims and complaints.

Please note that abuse of this content removal request process can hinder the ability of our support team to process only valid and actionable removal requests.
