The Subscriber/Purchaser/Buyer, called The Subscriber, hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of 18 (21 in AL, MS, NE, WY) and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this Agreement.

By the payment of the subscription fee for the Providers service (the "Service"), you become a subscriber and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement for the provision of the service. AVlush reserves the right to terminate the provision of its Service to the subscriber at any time without cause. AVlush reserves the right to amend pricing of its Service to the subscriber at any time with or without cause.

Refund Policy: The Subscriber acknowledges the he or she has purchased access to the website for a certain amount of time. Cancellation Policy: The membership can be canceled at anytime without cause. The Subscriber certifies that the viewing, reading, and/or downloading of the images and movies from this online service do not violate the community standards of subscriber's locality, city, town, state, province, country or other community to which Subscriber belongs, resides and/or from which he may, from time to time, view this material, and that the Subscriber is wholly liable for any false disclosures and is responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise from such actions or activities. Subscriber hereby further authorizes the Service to charge Subscriber's credit card or other acknowledged method for all purchases of products, services and entertainment provided by AVlush.

Subscriber-ship may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform AVlush of the following: apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password.

Until AVlush is notified, by electronic (info@avlush.com) or conventional mail, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

The subscriber is wholly liable for any false disclosures and responsible for ensuring that access to the Service complies with the legislation of its place of access to the service. Any action that may arise from viewing, reading, or downloading of material and images contained within the Service is the responsibility of the subscriber and the subscriber indemnifies the Provider in all respects from any action which may result from the subscribers access to the service.

AVlush is not responsible for any fraudulent access to the Service by the Subscriber or by any person or persons use of the subscribers credit card facility.

Notices to the AVlush subscribers may be given by email on file, through onsite account messenger, or within Community tab.

Subscriber indemnifies AVlush against any and all claims, and will not hold AVlush responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise as a result of fraudulent entry or the use of this service and material contained herein.

AVlush is not and will not be responsible for compatibility of online content with the Subscriber particular computer or entertainment system; interruptions or discontinuances of services; causes intentionally by AVlush, including periodical system hardware and software upgrades, system reconfiguration, or by factors beyond its control; including, but not limited to equipment failure, delays, system administration conflicts, negligence, strikes, or acts of nature or god. Please be aware that the "Internet" or any wide-area communications network may become inoperable from time to time due to unforeseeable factors that are beyond the control of AVlush. Subscribers understand AVlush could shut down at anytime due to, including but not limited to, legal issues, lack of interest in the content, lack of funding, etc.

Images herein may have been obtained from sources that did not bear any rights to them. As a result, any copyrights that may exist on the respective images are unknown. AVlush uses these images with no intent to infringe upon any copyrights that may exist. At the creators option, AVlush will state the copyrights and/or credits of any of these respective images, or refrain from the use of these images. Despite best efforts, unintentional mistakes may be made, so if you notice anything in AVlush that does not comply with copyright or other restrictions, please contact us and the situation will be quickly rectified.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and AVlush regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice given by AVlush to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its termination.
